Little Squirrels Can Climb Tall Trees was such a sweet romantic book. I loved Kyle and Joseph as a couple and as individual characters. Kyle got my sympathy from the beginning and Joseph just won my approval by being such a good boyfriend to him.
The mix of humor with some sad/serious stuff made this book a great read. The beginning of the relationship was a bit rocky but I loved it more and more as they grew together. Kyle's mother was a character who I hated for a while I thought she was the biggest bitch I had read in a while.
The more the book progressed the more I loved her. She ended up with some very funny lines that made me double over laughing. The way the book ended was so full filling for me that I could not imagine a better ending myself. I worried about if for a second but it never failed to impress me.
I would mark this as a must read.
