Coming Home
I really love Tally and Lex, they were such a hot couple.Coming Home by M.J. O'Shea, was a brilliant read for me. The pace was great and I loved both of the MC's. Especially Tally. This book has gotten some mixed reviews and one or two people warned me off it, but this book was amazing for me. I just loved the whole plot of enemies becoming sort of friends and then lovers. It fascinated me to see how everything would work. And it did work, or for me at least, I feel like the whole pace of the book made a difference. I am a huge fan of M.J. O'Shea and would love to read more of her books some day.
Tally, well he was a character that was looking for a second chance. It was almost that simple, almost. He was a very confused person in my opinion. I think he grew up a lot and was angry and hurt by his parents. It was hard to see him broken hearted when his mother visited. I really wanted to bitch slap her myself. I could not hold it against Tally, the way he behaved in high school, but his home life did not help in the slightest. I really think Tally, was my favourite character in the book.
Lex, was just a simple guy at the heart of it all. He was one of Tally's victims from high school. I liked his character, but felt he had a bit of bipolar or something because of the conflicting actions/emotions. His family ended up being supportive although it was hard for them to hear who he was dating. Lex, was a slightly confusing character at times but he and Tally were perfect together. I really wanted them to make it.
I highly recommend this book, its one of the best ones I have ever read. And one of my favourite couples. :)
